Two split image patterns are available and can be switched at will.

Precision measuring tools for accurate results

The MS Measuring Microscope utilizes a 0.1um readout 3-axis measuring system with a maximum Z-axis travel of 150mm and utilizes a high precision motorized controller integrated into the frame to control the Z-axis. Three different speeds are available, making focusing maneuverable, increasing efficiency and reducing fatigue.

Self-developed measurement software

MS series measuring microscopes are equipped with easy-to-operate and powerful measuring software, which allows customers to set up test preferences as needed. Together with the motorized converter, the magnification is automatically recognized, reducing the customer's manual magnification selection errors. High-precision measurement is possible even for complex shapes.
